Regional Account Manager

The big picture:


We are seeking a Regional Account Manager in the Dallas/Fort Worth (TX) area and across California. The role of the Regional Account Manager (RM) is to build strong relationships with all current and potential customers in the region. The RM is tasked with selling the iSchool Initiative services that align with the client’s goals. 

  • Applicants who don't live in the region should be willing to relocate.


  • Have extensive knowledge of the sales cycle in the education field

  • Know how to identify opportunities through a consultative problem solving approach

  • Preferred education experience

  • Three years of successful field sales experience

  • Know when and how to capitalize on strategic marketing efforts

  • Schedule and conduct face to face meetings with districts

  • Manage channel partner events and strategy

  • Document meetings, calls, and emails as part of managing accounts

  • Work closely with the regional project manager for the successful implementation of all services sold

  • Create new opportunities with current customers and expand services to new districts

  • Work with the Regional Tour Bus Operator to schedule and promote events to gain interest and marketing exposure

  • Identify trade shows and district conference opportunities that benefit the company’s growth strategy
