Inside Sales Rep

The big picture:


We are seeking inside sales reps who can effectively work from home and make remote sales to school districts. Average sales per customer tend to be around $20,000 but some deals can be 6 figures and above. We are looking for reps that can make a minimum of $25,000 a sale per month. ($300,000 annually). Inviduals in this role will need to be comfortable calling multiple leads a day, managing email conversations with clients, making sales demos / pitches, attending marketing events as needed, etc. 


  • Have extensive knowledge of the sales cycle in the education field

  • Know how to identify opportunities through a consultative problem-solving approach

  • Preferred education experience

  • Three years of successful field sales experience

  • Has experience working with CRM's, preferably Salesforce. 


  • Know when and how to capitalize on strategic marketing efforts

  • Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with districts

  • Document meetings, calls, and emails as part of managing accounts

  • Work closely with the project manager for the successful implementation of all services sold

  • Create new opportunities with current customers and expand services to new districts

  • Work with the Regional Tour Bus Operator to schedule and promote events to gain interest and marketing exposure

  • Identify trade shows and district conference opportunities that benefit the company’s growth strategy

  • Developing your own leads when necessary
